Does JH Jewelry Tarnish?
All JH pieces are protected with anti-tarnish, but a little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the box it came in and avoid applying harsh cleaning chemicals, simply clean with the polishing cloth included in your order to renew its shine.
All silver-plated jewelry will tarnish at some point due to daily wear. Make it a habit to remove your jewelry prior to exercise or swimming to keep your piece looking its best.
Is it Gold?
Different to gold plating, vermeil is a thick layer of 18K Solid Gold on Sterling Silver to create long lasting durable finish, giving you the look and feel of solid gold jewelry without the price tag.

How to Maintain Painted Chains?
Our painted brass chain should be removed prior to exercise or swimming to keep your piece looking its best.

Yes, everywhere. Plus, we offer free shipping anywhere in the US for orders over $35.
Do you Ship International?
We offer free International Shipping with UPS for order over 100$. Customs will be paid by final customer.

Watch Warranty
This timepiece is warranted by JASON HYDE to the owner for two years from the date of original purchase against defects in material or from workmanship. During the two year warranty period, JASON HYDE will repair at no charge the timepiece if it is defective.
To obtain service under this limited warranty, the timepiece must be sent or delivered to one of the authorized service locations listed on our website www.jasonhyde.com.The timepiece should be accompanied by the original receipt or other proof of purchase.
To prevent damage, Jason Hyde recommends shipping your timepiece by insured mail in a carefully wrapped package.
This limited warranty does not cover the batteries, the crystals, the straps or case covers. Also, it does not cover damage to the case or movement caused by humidity or moisture entering the watch due to mishandling. In addition, this limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or damage caused as a result of servicing by an agency not authorized by JASON HYDE.
The duration of any warranties implied by law, are limited to the two year duration of this warranty. The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty or any implied warranty is repair or replacement. JASON HYDE shall have no liability what so ever to the purchaser for consequential, special, incidental or other damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not happily to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
The purchaser must send the defective timepiece with the receipt or other suitable proof of purchase to the authorized service center in the original country of purchase. Please also include a brief description of what is defective with the timepiece and the repair needed.

Shipping fees for the original shipment are the sole responsibility of the consumer. We encourage you to send your package certified, insured, or with a traceable shipper.
Customer Service Center (CSC), is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please inform of return shipping address, CSC will quote for shipping and handling fees for customer to receive repair back.
Jewelry Warranty
We will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Damages caused by improper use of the jewelry pieces are not covered by the warranty.
